Return Process

Log into your Robocraze account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return within 7 days of delivery.
- 2.Technical Verification
Submit a short video or clear photographs of the electronic component to our support team to verify the technical defect or shipping damage.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Place the item back in its original anti-static packaging and box, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and connectors are included to prevent damage during transit.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our engineers inspect the returned hardware, we will process your replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
